How this site handles personal data, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
We collect as little as possible, we say exactly what we do with it, and we do not sell anything to anyone. This page is the long version.
Global Workplace Advisors FZCO, trade licence no. 13983, registered at Premises DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this site.
For any question about your data, or to exercise any of the rights below, write to contact@globalworkplaceadvisors.com.
We use no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no behavioural profiling and no automated decision-making. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not send marketing emails to people who have not asked for them.
Both are located outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Beyond these two providers, your data is seen only by the people at Global Workplace Advisors who need it to answer you.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted three years after our last contact with you. Where an engagement follows, the data is kept for the life of the relationship and then for the period required by applicable accounting and limitation rules. Server logs are kept for a rolling period of up to twelve months.
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop a particular use, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and ask for your data in a portable form. Write to contact@globalworkplaceadvisors.com and we will answer within one month.
If you are in the European Union and you believe we have handled your data badly, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence. In France, that is the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL).
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry submissions are transmitted encrypted and stored in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not collect data we do not need, which is the most reliable protection there is.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be notified by email.
